Communications

Communication is the act of conveying intended meaning to another entity through the uses of mutually understood signs  that include intent, message composition, transmission of the signal, reception of the signal, and interpretation of the message.

What does that mean?

In jist, conversations and correspondence is so much more than listening and reading. It is how each individual perceives the communique while being aware of the tone, inflection, and language of the presenter. 7%  of language is verbal, where 93% is non-verbal language.
